Production

At Joyco MultiMedia, we specialize in production by combining years of experience with excellent equipment. Take advantage of our pre-production services and let us creatively map out your project with conceptualization and scripting. We customize our production crew to meet the needs of your project, providing photographers, audio-techs, director and field producers. For over a decade, we’ve produced a wide range of projects…single to multi-camera, live and taped, always combining both creative and technical expertise. Live Production

Joyco MultiMedia has become known for superior live production work. We set our clients’ minds at ease by doing our job well, freeing them to focus on doing their job well.
We have extensive experience covering a wide range of live productions. From concerts and events for thousands of people to smaller gatherings for just a few, we always custom tailor our production package to meet your needs.
When it comes to live production we can:
• Pre-produce videos and other visual presentations to be shown at your live event.
•Provide a complete mobile production trailer for sophisticated onsite directing and production.
• Have single or multiple cameras feeding live video to screens for more affective audience viewing.
• Supply live production needs exclusively, or in addition tape production for later post-production use.

Single to Multi-Camera Shoots

At Joyco MultiMedia we own a wide assortment of equipment for production, ranging from single camera digital systems to six camera packages. All include basic audio and lighting for the single camera. Many of our clients have given their productions an added "boost" using our 25-foot camera boom. We customize our production crew according to your project’s needs. Plus, you can choose to add a teleprompter, creative director, field producer, additional lighting as well as other equipment. Post Production

At Joyco MultiMedia, we take great pride in our postproduction work. Our staff of editors employ the technical and creative skills necessary for your project to transcend the demands of today’s multimedia world.
We have experience producing a variety of projects. On one end, are the 'arts-ier' projects. Many times these require that a message be conveyed through powerful storytelling, use of music and contemplative images. On the other end of the spectrum, we have produced the very edgy, high-energy, fast paced, youth oriented videos. Somewhere in the middle are those projects that require a highly factual demonstration, taking advantage of our graphic packages. All of the above range from quick and simple productions to longer, very involved projects. All take advantage of one of our non-linear edit suites.
At Joyco MultiMedia a unique aspect of our post-production work is the way in which we commit ourselves to each project individually; getting involved with details, asking critical questions, listening to our clients’ vision… all so we might accurately convey your message, the way you would if you were sitting in the editors seat.

Editing

At Joyco MultiMedia our editors truly enjoy all aspects of post-production work. We apply our creative touch to sophisticated technology for a winning combination of excellence. We have three, non-linear systems created to meet the needs of our clients. We are proud to annouce that Edit A now has the Avid Media Composser Adrenaline system available to our clients.

In Edit B we have a full blown Final Cut Pro System and other programs for it. We have other editing systems such as our smaller Final Cut Pro systems and an older Affinity system. We have added an EditShare storage system with 3.5TB of storage so that the various systems can now share files so we can have more then one person editing or producing graphics at the same time. For faster turn times this greatly reduces editing bottlenecks.

To meet the desires and needs of our clients, our editors can draw from our various music, sound effects and animated graphics libraries. Or we can create a totally customized graphics package to fit your very specific needs. Your project can originate on a variety of formats including; D-9, DVCam, DVCPro, Beta-SP, MiniDV, as well as others. For older formats we have 1" and 3/4" videotape, S-VHS, 8mm, and of course VHS.

Graphic Packages

At Joyco MultiMedia we now have two graphics editors. Our lead designer is a former advertising agency graphic designer. He has years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects which can be incorporated into our non-linear edit suites to create a sophisticated animated video open or logo animation.

Whether you have a pre-existing logo (created for print) or need us to design and create a totally original one, we are capable of working with many formats to brand your project the way you desire.

DVD/CD Production

OverviewAt Joyco MultiMedia our clients appreciate that they can order DVD's and never have to understand the process of creating them. But, if you are interested we thought we'd let you in some of the details.
Currently, there are three recommended types of DVD's. a
DVD-5 is single sided and single layered and holds 4.7GB. DVD-9 is single sided and double layered and holds 8.5 GB. DVD-10 is double sided and single layered and holds 9.4 GB.
